I created Anchor & Wave to work with small-business owners over the long term as their accounting and reporting needs change. That relationship starts with understanding how your business operates and what you're working towards.
My career began in public practice, and I later led finance teams in property management and healthcare software. Before starting the firm, I was Group Controller for seven marketing agencies across five countries.
Those roles often involved businesses whose accounting processes had not kept pace with their growth. Restructuring their reporting helped management stay ahead of cash flow and see what was driving their margins.
At Anchor & Wave, I stay directly involved in your ongoing accounting, so my advice reflects both your financial results and your day-to-day operations.
